[ERROR] Failed creating temp directory

I am running a backup job and is failing a 2 accounts with this error

Hello CollinB,

This is an intermittent issue where JetBackup fails to clean up the workspace during the previous backup process, leaving a temporary workspace directory and causing the subsequent backup to fail. Most often this is caused by backup data that is cached in the jetbackup5d service. In this case, simply restarting the jetbackup5d service will normally resolve this issue. If the issue still persists after this, you could try manually removing the contents of the /usr/local/jetapps/usr/jetbackup5/workspace/backup directory when no backup jobs are running. If neither of these solutions resolves the issue, I would recommend opening a ticket with our 24/7/365 support team. You can do this by emailing [email protected].
