Hello ludolugo,

The distinction between "Total Time" and "Actual Time" for a job refers to the duration of the job's execution. "Total Time" begins when a job is added to the queue and continues until the job is fully completed. In contrast, "Actual Time" is the length of time that the job actively runs and does not include the time a task remained pending in the queue. A significant difference between the two can indicate that the backup job was pending while JetBackup was performing other tasks, as well as other tasks running on the server, or even a potential server overload.
Thank you,
