backup failed: No such file or directory

Hello to everybody

i have one server with whm+jetbackup 4 and one cpanel acoount.
after copying aprox 95% backup failes with message "No such file or directory" regarding some mails files ( log bellow)
destination is sftp and i olso tried ssh but the same result.
the files mention in error exists and all the permisions are ok

Hello,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue! We noticed that it does not appear as though you have debug enabled for your logs, thus making it a bit harder to troubleshoot. You can enable debug logs by going to Settings > Debug Active > Yes. After this could you please try running the backup job again and then provide the relevant logs?
