What can cause Partially Completed restores

Post by findnetsolutions »

Hi Support
Jetbackup 5 complete Restore of cPanel does not work it times out with a warning.

Now when we do a full restore of any cPanel with JetBackup 5.
The Status shows the revolving circle and it says, 'Resorting Domains' and then it says 'Restoring Databases' 0 out of 1 (0%) State changed at 2 Jul 2022 03:28 AM

The Execution Time says -
Total Time: 9 Seconds
Actual Time: 9 Seconds

Then you come back and look at Queue it says 'Partially Completed'
When you go to Alerts the Level says 'Warning' .... BUT no other information.

The website shows 'Error establishing a database connection'

What is the cause of the 'Partially Completed' restore?
How do we fix this?
Also where do you find out what the Warning means?

If it helps the Destination is AmazonS3
Also it says in bottom of Jetbackup 5 screen - Base Version 5.2.7 Panel Version 5.2.7 | Updates Tier STABLE |

Thanks Dave

Hello findnetsolutions,

Thank you for reaching out to our Forums! To start troubleshooting your issue, may I recommend reviewing your JetBackup Logs. The Logs section is the best place to start diagnosing any issues with JetBackup. You may also enable Debug mode to get debugging information on new Logs that get generated, execute another restore, and review the associated Logs accordingly.

I also highly recommend reaching out to our 24/7 Technical Support Team at [email protected] so that our team may help investigate and address your issue in a timely manner.

Thank You,
Anton, JetApps Team
