Backup Aborted

Post by pointcomunicacao »

I did a new installation of cPanel, where I had 2 accounts that I set up.

Yesterday I migrated an account from another cPanel and Jetbackup did not back it up, today I tried to do the backup through the panel until it started but did not complete and aborted.

I would like to know what are the correct procedures for the proper functioning of the tool.

Hello,

I am sorry to hear that JetBackup is not properly backing up your migrated account. I would like to note that the "Aborted" status indicates that the Backup Process was interrupted before completion. This could be done manually by "Force Stop-Process" on the queue/logs page within the JetBackup Interface OR, on JetBackup 5, could happen when the jetbackup5d service is restarted during a backup job.

Please have a look to ensure that the backup job was not interrupted in any way. If the issue persists, we recommend opening a ticket with our support team to further investigate. Our support team is available 24/7/365 and can be reached via email at [email protected].
Best Regards,
