Please consider adding an update that enables root users to reinstall JetBackup version 4 using the command "jetapps --reinstall jetbackup stable." This feature should retain the existing data, configuration, and logs while allowing server administrators to reinstall JetBackup.

I have the same problem with JetBackup version 4.
