Permissions are set correctly. Have not changed anything. one day it works the next time it doesn't. there's no set time when it works or doesn't that I noticed I have local and home server setup each day it switches off. Found a great way after thinking about it. Took out the main 1TB hard Drive put in a 2 TB hard drive as a second hard drive move the second 1 TB hard drive as the boot drive Partitioned and installed Linux. I now back up to the home server using rsync. works perfectly! :>

Thank you for the suggestion. Could not get a good normal load backup. I keep getting high loads so I made a support ticket and level 2 engineers checked it out found a bug and fixed it in my system and Fixed the update that's coming out soon.GZIP was not included in cloudlinux.
