Hello,

Please set new backup engine called "JetBackupManager Index" and set the depth to "4".
Create new destination to the backup location with the new engine.
Create new "Index Only" job with the new destination and then try to run the clear cache process (jbmcli -vfR clearcache)

Hi,

One of my servers crashed and i have resetup a new server.
After adding in my remote ssh backup destination and create a job, i cannot see any orphaned accounts to restore from.
Also tried doing a " jbmcli -vfR clearcache"

How can i restore my previous backups on my new server?

I been trying the software and it's very nice however it seems to be missing an important feature
which is the ability to restore the public_html folder directly, currently it looks like we have to generate a download first,
is there any plans to have a "restore" function in the filemanager ...

The latest version of sshfs supports hard link, i tested and it appears to work, however calculating space used by the backup
is taking too long on sshfs mount, there don't seem to be any option available to turn this off for "local storage" backup destination.

I have a sshfs mount that allows a remote file system to act as local.
SSHFS doesn't support hardlinks, will the incremental backup system still work properly if a SSHFS mounted folder is used as the backup destination?

unfortunuately while it does appear in rvskin, clicking on any icon results in errors like this.

The file /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/backupsmanager/templates/rvskin/message_body.live.php not exists

There is however another issue that came up, we use rvskin , i did the command

/scripts/install_plugin /etc/jetserverbackupsmanager/cpanel_plugins_x3.tar.gz --theme rvskin

but still not seeing jetbackupmanager when using rvskin
