Hello,
I never see this warning. I have 7 backups retention and forever worked OK.
Suddenly, overnight, I see that the backups end with “partially completed”. And this warning appears.
Now on generate new backup show this warning:

The entries DNS exists for domain/subdomains. I reseted DNS zones in WHM for default of cPanel and the warning continues to show.
How can I fix this?

Were there any other errors in the logs? If "Debug Active" is not already enabled in Settings >> General, please enable it and let us know if there are any errors shown in the logs generated after doing so.
